Stamp of the Month Blog Hop -

Welcome to the Stamp of the Month Blog Hop featuring stamp set S1312 - Special Care. Now if you have arrived from Terry Ann's Blog you are on the right track.  This month "Special Care" stamp set is so sweet and I have seen many wonderful creations. I inspiration came from the Hobby Lobby magazine, I copied it right off of one of the pages. I think it may have been an ad but I loved the way it turned out.



I used to very unlikely papers pack Frosted and Laughing Lola and adding some retired crocheted ribbon as a border, Laughing Lola Complements Dimensional Elements and grey bakers twine. I also did a little paper piecing

Having a little crafting time

Today I planned on getting ready for crop at my place, the Crafting Barn and it started out good but I did get sidetracked, So I thought I would just post a couple of things I created.

This card is my design and washi tape made it so easy.

Make It From The Heart Monday

This weekend hubby & I attended an 80th birthday party of a dear friend. It was NO gifts please. Well I could not help myself, I just had to make something and I thought the My Creation Kraft 3-ring binder was what I had dress up a little. It would be prefect for all the photos taken and a great place to put all the birthday cards.  With the help of the Cricut® Artbooking Collection this is what  made it sooooo easy. I used  odds and ends from paper packs to make the pages.

Make it from the Heart Monday on Tuesday

If you visit my blog often you know I have been MIA on my "Make it from the Heart Monday" post.  Life has been really busy and I have not been crafting.  So yesterday I had time to craft and work in my craft barn, it was so nice. This is a little card i worked designed and I hope you enjoy it.

I love number and letter stamps and have almost everyone that "Close To My Heart" has designed since I joined in 2008. That being said I used the stamp set Magical Days, I know, I know, this is a Christmas Stamp but you don't have to use it as a Christmas Stamp. See what I did.

 



I used  Magical Days stamp set for the back ground and added Party washi tape 3 pack and used Just a number stamp set. Now if you have any questions just email me and I'll be glad to help you.

Technique Blog Hop - Only CardStock

Welcome the "Technique Blog Hop - Only Card Stock and if you are coming from Terri's Blog are are on the right. This month our blog hop was to only use card stock, no B&T or patterned. With 40 colors to choose from I had a hard to making the discussion but then I thought I'm working on my "Santa's Workshop and Open House and needed a few more items. I saw my 3 ring binder and my Cricut® Artbooking Collection and I had a plan. This was quiet a hit during a recent Ladies Night Out this week. The items I used were Cranberry and Pear cardstock, Sparkle & Shine Washi Tape 3 pack, Black & Grey Glitter paper,  Ruby Chevon Ribbon and yes of course I added some bling. All products are Close To My Heart.
