When I first stated thinking about what I would create Stars & Stripes were no even in my thoughts.  I was at my 5th Saturday Crop and one of the ladies was working on a patrotic layout and I thought of a flag.....I could use the red shimmer trim. I first thought about putting 50 little bitty sparkles on it but I went with the Star from the Cricut® Artiste Collection  out of the Black & Grey Glitter Paper.

Make It From The Heart Monday

Today I thought I would share one of the most beautiful cards I have ever seen which was given to me from my new friend Jan. Jan & I have been friends on Facebook for some time. In February we met face to face and we really hit it off.

I invited her to attend my 5th Saturday Crop last month & she came and we had a great time.
