December SOTM Blog Hop - CTMH

This month we have 5 Close To My Heart Consultants sharing their creations using this month's Stamp of the Month and other great CTMH products on their blogs. This is simple to do - just click on the link at the end of the post on each blog to move to the next one! If you have come from  Sheila Wilkerson's blog  you are on the right track.  Here we go!
This month I thought I would make a 5x7 card, since we have the 5x7 CTMH embossed envelopes, I really like the larger size for crafting my cards. And then with the beautiful B&T paper there is very little you have to do to make a special card for that special someone. I love to use layers and with our Cricut Art Philosophy Collection I can layer and layer and layer all I want.  I found my inspiration for this card on page 74 of the 2011 Idea Book which featured cards from the “Wishes” book. I also used the masking techique.

Supplies are all Close To My Heart
Stamp set – S1112 Mad About You
Paper – X7140B Roxie and Zip Stripe
Ink – Z2114 Cocoa
Embellishments – Z1336 Mocha Opaques Adhesive Gems, Z1612 Pin Clips
Other supplies – Z1151 3-D Foam tape, a must have for the layering.

Now "Hop" on over to Kim McConnell's Blog to see her work! Be sure to visit all theConsultants at their Blogs to get some great crafting ideas and other fun ideas! Remember, the December  SOTM is only available until December 31!

A few things I've been working on

I've working on some gift items. I'm having lots for fun checking out blogs and getting  some great ideas. I do wish I could remember where I saw the "pencil" idea. My grandson loved it so I guess I'll have a make some more, he is in Jr. High with lots for teachers.  I have 4 grandchildren. So I will have my work cut out for me.

I think the #2 adds such a nice &

supplies were very easy...who doesn't have "Rolos" & "Kisses"

I found these frame's at "Michaele's" several months ago and I'm just now getting around to using them.  I have seen them on several blogs finished out in many different ways. The "You & Me" would make a nice Father's Day gift. This would also make a great Christmas gift. You can cover & decorate in any style you like.

Stop by any time & leave a post!
