"Year Round Cheer" Blog Hop

Welcome to the Stamp of the Month BlogHop featuring "Close To My Heart" Year Round Cheer which has 12 spamps, one for each month. Now if you are coming from Terry Ann's Blog you are on the right track.

I thought I would try something a little different, so first I cut the stamp for January apart because I just wanted to use the snow flake and I thought that would be easier than masking then I randomly stamp black cardstock with VersaMark and then embossed with silver embossing powered. I had a small piece of B&T from "Dakato" so I used that and added a sentifment from "Words of Comfort".  All supplies are "Close To My Heart"

Now before you hop on over the Kristine's Blog it see her creation, please leave a comment. Thanks for hopping by.       Judy Faye

Stamp of the Month Blog Hop

Welcome to the Stamp of the Month BlogHop, this month there are some 60 "Close To My Heart" Independent Consultants show what they have designed using the S1211 Capture the Date stamp set which will only to available November 1-30, 2012.  Now if you hopped over from Judy's Blog, you are on the right track.

I saw this idea last summer and I just know when I looked at this stamp set what this would be my first thing to use this set for.
I had so much fun with this using random stamping techinque to cover the background &  2 of the My Creation Collage Cubes was used for the numbers.  I'm not happy with the base of this project and still working on that so that is a work in progress.  My supply list of all from "Close To My Heart" and used many of the new papers  this fall. And what really made this so easy was the new Cricut® Artiste Collection that made all the cuts for the name plates for the months and all the numbers.  Other items that were used in the this project was dessert sand cardstock, black cardstock, desert sand and black ink, hook & loop dots, 3-D foam tape, Tombow® adhesive and bitty sparkles for just a little bling.

Now hop on over to Angela's blog to see what she has creatived. Please feel free to contact me. and I would love for you to leave a comment.
